Since Amber is a natural stone, and all our products are handmade, the colours, shape and size will always slightly vary. Every raw Amber batch may slightly differ. Specifically for grey amber it can be sometimes more into white or sometimes more into red or green. These "imperfect" features make our products unique and are not considered a complaint.
Our products work for the vast majority of our customers. However, we can not guarantee you exact design. Before you choose to collaborate with us, please feel free to contact us if you have more detailed questions.

For all Amber beaded bracelets and necklaces it is IMPOSSIBLE to apply for “certificate of origin", stating that Amber is real. Amber Association can only test untouched raw Amber stone in order to give the certificate. Our bracelets and necklaces are made of baroque beads, which were ground to achieve certain shape and then polished to achieve certain finish. Therefore, because the resin lost its natural form due to manipulation it simply CAN NOT be anymore tested by Amber Association.
There are many companies out there, selling similar Amber products to ours, claiming they have “certificate of origin". However, most likely "certificate" is fake or they have applied for one certificate for small raw Amber stone and then this very one “certificate” is being copied and attached to every single product they sell, which is illegal, and unacceptable in the Amber World.

If requested we do attach to the invoice “Declaration” stating that our Baltic Amber bracelets and necklaces are made in European Union and have European origin. But that is NOT "Certificate of Origin".
W H I T E L A B E L I N G
Since we are a wholesaler, we do not brand our products. Therefore, we give you full right to add your own logo, design, and packaging to our bracelets and necklaces.
