Since Amber is a natural gemstone and all our products are handmade, the colour, shape and size may slightly vary. Each batch of raw Amber can differ, especially grey amber, which may sometimes lean more toward white, red or green. These natural variations make our products unique and are not considered defects.

Our products are well-loved by the vast majority of our wholesale clients. However, we cannot guarantee an exact design match. If you have specific requirements or questions, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

For all Amber beaded necklaces, bracelets and anklets, it is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain a “certificate of origin" confirming the Amber is real. The Amber Association can only certify untouched raw Amber-not processed beads. Our bracelets and necklaces are made from baroque beads that have been shaped and then polished, meaning the resin no longer retains its natural form and CAN NOT be tested by the Amber Association.

Many companies claim to provide a "certificate of origin" for similar Amber products, but these are often fake or misleading. In some cases, business obtain a single certificate for a raw Amber stone and then illegally duplicate it for every product they sell, which is unacceptable in the Amber industry.

If requested we provide Declaration stating that our Baltic Amber necklaces, bracelets and anklets are made in the European Union and have European origin. However, this is NOT a "Certificate of Origin".
